The 2,352-square-metre facility combines offices, meeting areas and workshop space in a durable building designed for long-term adaptability. Continuous wood ceilings give the office areas a calm, cohesive character while concealed electrical services preserve the clean rhythm of the panels.
DowelLam supplied approximately 7,395 square feet of 2x6 and 2x8 DLT panels with a clear shop-applied sealer. The panels serve as both structural roof deck and finished ceiling, bringing warmth and acoustic comfort to the workplace.
