The Premera Campus Hub creates a new social and amenity centre for the company's Mountlake Terrace headquarters, organized around a daylit mass-timber atrium.
The 56,000-square-foot building replaces an older campus facility with more open circulation, contemporary amenities and improved connections to the surrounding landscape. A central sawtooth-roofed atrium links two wings and gives the campus a clear gathering place.
The atrium combines CLT with glulam framing, while the roofs over the two flanking wings use exposed DLT panels. DowelLam supplied 2x6 Western SPF acoustic and non-acoustic roof and wall panels, finished with a light whitewash sealer and coordinated for prefabricated installation.
