Located in the heart of Yoctangee Park in downtown Chillicothe, Ohio, this single-storey mass timber pavilion serves as a year-round home for the city's farmers market and community events. The project is part of a $35 million Appalachian Community Grant investment to revitalize the park and surrounding Yoctangee Riverside District.

The pavilion features DLT roof and wall panels paired with a glulam with 32 market stalls accessible through roll-up overhead doors on both sides. The exposed mass timber structure highlights the natural warmth of the material in a public gathering space designed for daily use.
